Implementation Project Manager (NYC)

What We’re Looking For We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Project Manager to lead deployments of our AI agents for healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment in healthcare environments.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk trackers, and resource allocation.
Build and nurture strong client partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the implementation journey.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external resources, including third‑party vendors, for execution of client implementation projects.
Translate Hyro's technical AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes that address specific client needs.
Develop mitigation strategies for potential implementation challenges specific to healthcare environments.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams—development, product, and sales—to ensure seamless, high‑quality project execution.
Requirements
3+ years experience as a Project Manager with client‑facing implementation projects.
Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare stakeholders.
Experience managing client expectations, scope changes, and escalations in complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools such as Jira and Asana, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Experience managing external delivery projects with enterprise clients.
Experience with SaaS offerings.
Experience in a healthtech company is a big advantage.
Hybrid role : at least three days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Compensation for NY locations ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Salary ranges for other locations may differ.
