Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of weddings from concept to execution
Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
Coordinate with venues, vendors, and travel partners to ensure smooth logistics
Research destinations, venues, and package options for destination weddings
Oversee timelines, schedules, and to-do lists to keep events on track
Provide guidance, support, and creative solutions throughout the planning process
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the event
Qualifications
Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality preferred (not required)
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using online platforms, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with clients and partners
