Overview SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Analyst will play a critical role in delivering, supporting, and enhancing SAP solutions that enable end‑to‑end PTP business processes. This position focuses on SAP S/4HANA and requires deep functional expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to lead process improvements across a global organization. The role reports directly to the SAP PTP Lead and collaborates closely with cross‑functional and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own the design, oversight, and governance of SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay processes
Implement and support standardized global PTP processes across the enterprise
Identify, evaluate, and document gaps between business requirements and global SAP templates
Partner closely with PTP business teams and subject matter experts to translate needs into scalable SAP solutions
Oversee and prioritize the PTP enhancement and demand backlog
Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the value, impact, and alignment of proposed improvements with enterprise strategy
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and improve SAP system effectiveness
Collaborate with adjacent SAP workstreams including Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), Plan‑to‑Manufacture (PTM), and Record‑to‑Report (RTR) to ensure integrated S/4HANA solutions
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant professional experience
At least 4 years serving as a SAP PTP Functional Analyst or Lead in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
Proven involvement in a minimum of two full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
Experience supporting large, global organizations with revenues exceeding $1B
Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Materials Management (MM)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba and integrated PTP solutions such as OpenText VIM
SAP certification preferred
Background working in regulated or compliance‑driven industries
Prior experience leading or managing teams
Effective leadership skills with the ability to adjust style based on audience, context, and organizational complexity
Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
Salary and locations: Newtown Square, PA $129,000.00–$284,400.00 (3 days ago); Philadelphia, PA $107,600.00–$198,400.00 (2 weeks ago).
