HVAC FOREMAN – RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION
Location: Delaware County & Chester County, PA
Base Pay Range: $65,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr

A DAY IN THE LIFE As a HVAC Foreman, you provide oversight and direction for the field personnel, ensuring materials are at the site before scheduling labor, evaluating quality of work, assisting with complex installation challenges, reporting to the project manager, confirming safety procedures, directing subcontractors and field personnel, and ensuring profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Plan and lay out work from oral and written instructions; assign and supervise HVAC personnel.
Ensure all equipment and materials are on site for installs.
Manage labor (Sobieski employees + subcontractors).
Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and on completion; participate in complex HVAC tasks.
Establish safety and work performance standards; perform related work as required.
Journeyman certification preferred; multiple factors considered.
WORK SCHEDULE Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Overtime during peak periods.
