Job Description
Business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping of production processes on D365 F&O
Inventory Management, warehouse Management, and Product Information Management
Configuring Bills of Materials
Costing sheet setup
Setting up Resource and Resource Group
Conduct workshops with clients and client leaders to analyze, design solutions, and handle gaps detected during requirement gathering
Supervise application design and architecture components
Supervise process and functional design activities
Plan and execute data conversion activities
Key user training, go‑live support, and post go‑live process improvement
Supervise application build, test, and deployment activities
Provide ERP solutions to new and existing clients
Conduct demonstrations on customizations, implementations, and migrations
Lead new members of the team
Thrive at customer interaction & customer‑facing meetings
Lead requirement gathering sessions and guide the team
Presentations to prospects
Serve as a bridge between consultants and clients, especially during project start‑ups
Manage and engage stakeholders, customers, and vendors; build relationship networks, contracts, etc.
Participate in data migrations, integrations, report design, and security design
Research, evaluate, and implement existing applications or customized solutions for client projects
Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
Engage stakeholders for testing strategies and drive conversations at the program level
Analyze business needs to ensure software meets customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
Liaise with onshore and offshore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
Lead conversations with senior leadership at the customer
