Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Conduct needs assessments and present vehicle solutions using consultative sales techniques
Maintain strong product knowledge of Nissan vehicles, features, trim levels, and technology
Utilize digital tools, CRM systems, and short personalized videos to engage prospective customers
Follow up with leads, appointments, and sold customers in a timely and professional manner
Adhere to dealership sales processes, schedules, and performance expectations
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all customer interactions
Maintain compliance with all dealership, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Compensation:
Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission
Performance-based earning potential
