The Member Communications Quality Control Specialist will report to the Communications and Engagement Administrator and will be responsible for ensuring that member-focused written communications are clear and easy-to-read. The role includes quality control, systems testing, and providing feedback to improve communication materials. Key Responsibilities
Review daily communications sent to members to meet quality expectations. Identify, track and provide feedback on issues in materials. Review and maintain documents pertaining to training or system functionality of communications. Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred: business administration, management, public health, health policy, paralegal, or legal studies) and 2 years of relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Desirable Qualifications
Ability to foster and maintain cohesive working relationships. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to exercise sound judgment. Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, multi-tasking and managing workload to meet specific timeframes and deadlines. Advanced writing and communication skills. Advanced document formatting skills. High attention to detail in written documents.
