J&J Technology Business Development Off‑Cycle Co‑Op – March to September 2026 Location: Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States of America. This hybrid role is available in Spring House, PA.

Purpose Our J&J Technology Co‑op Program is a comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology space at one of the world’s leading health care companies. Your application and area of interest will determine which of our many exciting positions best fits you. Co‑op positions are full‑time opportunities lasting from March 30th, 2026 to September 18th, 2026. This program also serves as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full‑time employment upon completion of your degree.

Responsibilities As a J&J Technology Business Development Analyst Co‑Op, you will discover ways to apply artificial intelligence and other technologies in Business Development through internal and external research, process and data analysis. You will present those findings to key stakeholders and leadership sponsors for consideration. This position offers great potential for learning both technical and non‑technical skills and leading in a technology business context.

Professional experience working closely with business partners in information technology and the pharmaceutical industry

Required Qualifications

Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or in the future (the company does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status. Students currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship).

Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.

Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, cannot graduate prior to the agreed end date.

For Bachelor level students, by start date, must be considered a sophomore or above.

Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during regular working business hours) for the full term. Planned dates of March – September 2026.

Have a passion for a career in technology.

Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering / Development, or Data Science.

Our JJT Co‑op Program works as a feeder pool to our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full‑time employment upon completion of your degree.
