We’re hiring an
Executive Assistant to the C-Suite
to help scale swsh during a pivotal growth phase. This role is mission-critical: you’ll be the operational backbone of the founders day-to-day, ensuring focus, clarity, and momentum across the company. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who is proactive, detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and excited to work at a fast-paced startup. You’ll save the CEO time, anticipate needs before they arise, and help the company operate at a higher level. Executive & Calendar Support
Own executive inbox management and draft clear, professional communication on behalf of the CEO (saving ~10 hours/week) Manage complex calendar scheduling (up to ~65 meetings/week), prioritizing focus time and efficiency Coordinate internal and external meetings including leadership meetings, board meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and 1:1s Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings Travel & Logistics
Handle flights, accommodations, and itineraries across multiple time zones Coordinate logistics for conferences and off-site events Operations & Admin
Maintain and update CRM of contacts Support certain urgent operational tasks Manage expense reports, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement Coordinate signatures for contracts and forms Manage gifts for partners and customers Support office operations: snacks, lunches, fun team activities, and off-sites Communication & Coordination
Partner closely with leadership and sales/ops teams to track priorities, goals, and key initiatives Handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and integrity YOUR STRENGTHS
2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role Exceptional organization and time-management skills with extreme attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Proactive mindset - you anticipate needs and take ownership High standards of professionalism, discretion, and reliability Comfortable supporting a CEO directly and acting as a force multiplier Excited to work in person at our NYC office Experience supporting multiple executives or working at an early-stage startup Strong intuition for prioritization and executive decision support Interest in tech, startups, or consumer products $80-110K salary (based on experience) Office in NoHo, NYC (in-person role) Health & wellness stipend Daily lunch stipend PTO Team off-sites and company events Direct exposure to startup leadership, strategy, and growth Significant learning and career growth opportunity at an early-stage company
