Facilities Manager
ICR, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Manager for our Mason, OH office to oversee maintenance of four buildings in the Mason area and support sites in New York, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia and Florida. Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform basic repair of building systems, including HVAC (VAV, FCU, Chiller), appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, access control, and server‑room power and cooling.
Develop, track, and execute a preventative maintenance schedule for all building systems.
Manage all site maintenance and service activities, scheduling and supervising subcontractors as needed for advanced repairs.
Interface with the engineering team to identify and implement changes to building systems, such as new electrical circuits, and communicate specifications to subcontractors.
Perform basic handyman tasks, including hanging items, running low‑voltage cables, drywall repair/painting, and filter changes.
Transfer, obtain, and maintain a U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Travel periodically to other ICR facilities.
Maintain compliance with a drug screening and background check as part of the hiring process.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Understanding of commercial electrical systems (120V/208V/277V/480V 3‑phase) and associated distribution systems.
Experience using basic electrical test tools, including multimeters.
Knowledge of commercial HVAC and building control systems.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly dynamic environment.
Availability for on‑call evening or weekend emergency support.
Ability to read technical data sheets, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
U.S. citizenship required.
