The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of organization, accountability, and professionalism. This is an at-will position that provides administrative and programmatic support to the CompHealth People & Culture team and consistently demonstrates alignment with the company’s mission, values, and behaviors. Responsibilities
Serve as Program Coordinator for the CompHealth Recognition Program, partnering with internal stakeholders, administrators, and external vendors. Lead coordination of community impact events aligned with CH Community Impact priorities, including quarterly events, VP-hosted VTO opportunities, team events, and the CH Day of Caring. Responsibilities include vendor and venue research, proposal development, event planning, and execution. Provide administrative support for employee feedback and listening initiatives, including sessions, surveys, forums, and focus groups. Produce and manage CompHealth People social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok; serve as an event photographer and support visual storytelling while maintaining a professional and consistent brand presence. Plan and coordinate divisional events in partnership with key stakeholders, supporting both onsite and remote experiences. Support teams and leaders across the division with creative assets, including Zoom backgrounds, videos, printed materials, PTO certificates, and other digital resources. Lead or collaborate on cross-functional projects, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Conduct research and data analysis related to culture, engagement, and employee experience trends. Manage and maintain the Culture inbox and calendar. Meet with employees across the organization to stay connected to and informed on CH culture. Support the Culture team with administrative functions such as reporting, project tracking, program maintenance, and data analytics. Complete monthly expense reports for the team. Provide occasional administrative or project support to the Learning & Development (L&D) team as needed. Qualifications

2 or more years of administrative work or experience in corporate community impact programs. 1 or more years of social media and creative digital experience. Experience with planning, promotion, marketing and communication of large events preferred. Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and Smartsheet preferred. We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $49,920 -- $72,592 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
