Content Marketing Manager (HubSpot, Adobe Creative, B2B, Lending, SaaS/FinTech)

You’ll use HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools to create and manage content, drive automation, reporting, and measurable pipeline impact.

Core responsibilities:
Plan and co‑manage a content calendar spanning blogs, emails, social posts, and gated content.
Develop messaging aligned with brand voice, campaign goals, and customer journey.
Write and edit marketing content: email nurture sequences, sales collateral, social media posts, blogs, and one‑pagers.
Optimize content for SEO and AI‑driven search.
Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging.
Build and optimize workflows for automation, lead nurturing and re‑engagement (HubSpot Marketing Hub).
Manage audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and campaign tagging (HubSpot).
Develop and analyze email campaigns, landing pages, and CTAs.
Track performance through custom dashboards, reporting, and A/B testing (HubSpot).
Create and edit basic design assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and HubSpot CMS (infographics, social media graphics, PDFs, Marcom templates, digital ads, whitepapers, case studies).
Collaborate with designers or freelancers for larger creative needs.
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and touchpoints.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing Ops to support GTM initiatives.
Build and distribute content across channels, including digital ads, external email campaigns, social media, HubSpot CMS.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
What Success Looks Like:
Deliver consistent, high‑quality content aligned with pipeline and campaign goals across all active channels within the first month.
Make a trackable contribution to growth in qualified lead volume and engagement.
Contribute to cross‑functional alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams.
Be a steward of unified and professional brand presence across platforms.
Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, 5–8 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing (B2B preferred).
3+ years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise (Content Hub plus).
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
Experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency while maintaining brand and compliance standards.
Strong copywriting, editing, design, and storytelling capabilities.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
Portfolio demonstrating email campaigns, social media copy, sales enablement content (whitepapers, case studies, infographics), digital ads, blogs, and other content marketing assets.
(Bonus) Experience integrating HubSpot with demand‑gen platforms, familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms, basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ubersuggest).
