Who We’re Looking For HHL Advertising is seeking a
Creative Producer
with a strong background in
writing and producing retail television commercials . This role is hands‑on and responsible for developing, scripting, and producing high‑impact TV and video advertising for retail clients nationwide.
Working closely with the Creative Director, the Creative Producer is involved in every stage of the production process—from concept development and scriptwriting through production management and post‑production delivery. This position also supports multi‑channel campaigns, including OTT/CTV, digital video, print, and social media.
This role requires strong copywriting, project management, and production skills, as well as experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume agency environment with firm deadlines.
What You’ll Do
Client‑Facing Collaboration
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the creative, scripting, production, and approval process. Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and strong creative execution.
Creative Development & Writing
Develop creative concepts and write television, digital video, print, and social media copy. Lead projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Project Leadership
Kick off projects with internal teams and external contractors, providing all creative and production details needed for execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Production Management
Work closely with HHL’s in‑house production team to coordinate execution, provide assets, schedule outside vendors and audio talent, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
Collaborate with video production, digital, and print teams to ensure creative consistency and effective execution across all channels.
What You’ll Need
Minimum
3 years of experience
in advertising copywriting and production
Minimum
2 years of experience writing and producing television commercials
Experience managing
high‑volume production with firm deadlines
Strong organizational, project management, and time‑management skills
Creative thinking paired with strong writing and problem‑solving abilities
A clear understanding of the commercial production process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Mac platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
