Revenue Operations Manager | High-Growth SaaS

A fast-growing, private SaaS company is adding a Revenue Operations Manager to support surging customer volume and scale its order-to-cash engine. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves building processes from scratch, and knows how to turn AR into a strategic growth lever.

What You’ll Do

Lead month-end AR close, reporting, and leadership updates

Own invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution

Drive down DSO and improve collections performance

Monitor AR aging and proactively manage risk

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Ops to resolve billing issues

Improve subscription billing and contract-based invoicing

Leverage automation and AI tools to scale collections and efficiency

Build scalable AR processes, policies, and internal controls

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in Revenue Operations, AR, or Order-to-Cash

Experience in SaaS and a high-growth or startup environment

Proven success improving DSO and collections KPIs

Strong Excel and data-driven mindset

Comfortable working cross-functionally and with customers

Big Plus If You Have

Experience with AI or automated collections tools (Tesorio, HighRadius, Upflow, Chaser, YayPay, etc.)

Exposure to audits, controls, and revenue recognition

Startup or scale-up experience
