What To Expect We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Factory Training team. The role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for driving multiple projects, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen. This requires you to be extremely detail oriented, ability to identify the project timeline and barriers; then drive the cross-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality. You will drive collaboration between Cross Functional Teams (i.e. Launch Team, Recruiting, Human Resource, Manufacturing Training, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Workplace Design, and Teamwear) to ensure our team’s goals are aligned with company priorities. You will play a vital role in maintaining the training records (instructor-led and online) with accurate and efficient document management via our Learning Management System (LMS). Aside from document management, you will work to understand the opportunities and challenges of each project, organize the information and timeline, document and communicate to every team member for each project phase. Projects will range from requirements gathering, creating, developing and implementing shop specific fundamentals training content, to hands‑on modules and lineside training service manufacturing areas.
What You’ll Do
LMS session management and data entry per SOP
Work with stakeholders on training plans and coordinating new hire training with a high level of customer service
Effectively communicate and hold the team accountable with commitments and deadlines
Project phases include but are not limited to the following tasks: contracts and contacts, work authorizations, accurate project file documentation, project filing, copying/scanning, creation/maintenance of various spreadsheets, correspondence, maintenance of logs (project IDs, scope, schedule, responsible parties), meeting coordination and video conference set‑up, preparation of meeting agendas/notes, and org charts/calendars for the team
Request quote(s), generate purchase request(s), and track the approval of submitted purchase request(s) and coordinate or expedite approvals of purchase request(s) as well as confirming purchase order(s) have been issued to vendor(s)
Work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal direction and adjust workload based upon changing priorities
Special duties and projects, as assigned or necessary including coverage of other coordinators
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, 3+ years of experience in similar role preferred
Strong written & verbal communication skills, attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Flexible with work schedule
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance; proactive, motivated self‑starter
Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time‑management skills and adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Expected Compensation
Training Coordinator I – $25.88 – $28.80/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
