Job Description This role is responsible for creating visually compelling marketing assets and high-quality video content that support Elavon’s business objectives and brand standards. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on expertise in graphic design and video production with strong storytelling, collaboration, and project management skills. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging creative across digital, print, and video channels.

Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Execution

Develop digital banners, solution sheets, infographics, and content layouts for digital and print.

Create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and event content.

Apply Elavon brand guidelines (color palettes, typography, imagery) to all creative work.

Ensure consistency and compliance across all marketing materials.

Video Production & Editing

Manage video agency work and production to include content for external audiences, including demos, educational videos, and activation campaigns.

Develop video concepts and narratives that align with marketing and product strategies.

Maintain consistent visual and narrative style across all video assets.

Manage relationships with external video production agencies to ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met, while also taking a hands‑on role in planning, shooting, and editing video content to maintain brand consistency and creative excellence.

Collaboration & Agency Management

Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Brand teams) to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals and videos.

Work with external agencies to manage outsourced projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Act as liaison between internal teams and agency partners for asset delivery and approvals.

Project Management & Optimization

Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Optimize digital assets for performance and accessibility across platforms.

Review intake requests and prioritize creative needs efficiently. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, media, or related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing design, creative services, or video production.

Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).

Strong storytelling skills and understanding of brand systems and visual identity principles.

Experience collaborating with agencies and managing outsourced creative projects.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience with B2B marketing and payment solutions industry.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital asset optimization.

Familiarity with customer lifecycle stages and marketing strategies.

Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
