Executive Assistant (Hybrid), Cleveland, OH Prevail Transaction Partners is a boutique sell‑side transaction advisory firm that helps small and mid‑market business owners prepare for, navigate, and successfully complete the sale of their businesses. Our approach is hands‑on, highly organized, and deeply collaborative, working alongside attorneys, accountants, and advisors to guide owners through one of the most important transitions of their lives.

Prevail works in close partnership with The Law Offices of Mark E. Krohn, Esq., a specialized M&A and business law firm, allowing clients to benefit from tightly aligned legal and transaction advisory support throughout the deal lifecycle.

This is a full‑time, hybrid Executive Assistant role located in Cleveland, OH. We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to support two closely aligned, fast‑growing professional services firms, Prevail Transaction Partners and The Law Offices of Mark E. Krohn, Esq.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a behind‑the‑scenes execution role, enjoys keeping systems organized, and takes pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will support active sell‑side engagements, legal matters, CRM systems, and day‑to‑day operations across both firms.

The right candidate is proactive, tech‑savvy, and comfortable managing recurring administrative and operational tasks across multiple platforms while supporting a fast‑moving deal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative workflows supporting active sell‑side transactions and legal matters

Maintain accurate and organized CRM and deal records, including contacts, deal stages, and buyer activity

Prepare, send, and track standard documents such as NDAs, engagement letters, and intake forms

Coordinate e‑signatures and follow up on outstanding documents

Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and signing appointments across both firms

Organize and maintain digital files and document systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Assist with routine legal and entity‑related administrative tasks, including filings and closing materials

Support internal operations by handling recurring administrative tasks and system upkeep

Proactively identify and address gaps in workflows to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, legal assistant, or paralegal role

Exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools

Tech‑savvy, with experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools

Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from our Cleveland, Ohio office
