Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $76,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Oversee live multi-camera broadcast operations, including video production, switching, and signal routing across SDI, HDMI, and RF systems Manage graphics systems, photo finish and timing equipment, tote board displays, and ensure accurate race-day content delivery Maintain and troubleshoot audio systems, simulcasting setups, satellite broadcasting, and fiber connections for seamless event coverage Coordinate simulcast schedules, handicapping contests, and ensure compliance with racing industry standards and company policies Supervise and train team members, enforce safety protocols, and provide technical support during racing breakdowns or emergencies Collaborate with vendors and partners on system maintenance, upgrades, and reporting while ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence More about you

Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License Strong technical knowledge of audio and video hardware, broadcast systems, and digital signage, with ability to learn new technologies quickly Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required Physical requirements

Ability to climb 60-foot camera towers Shift details
