Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Proven track record of sales success and strong communication abilities
Passion for helping people and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Obtain the required P&C and Life & Health licenses (we'll support you through the process)
Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to grow your own book of business
