Our Panera Bread cafés are upscale, friendly locations featuring baked breads, pastries, made‑to‑order soups, salads, sandwiches and specialty espresso beverages. The manager role focuses on delivering a high‑quality, grease‑free environment for associates and guests. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding leadership to the team. Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent positive customer experience. Take ownership of business performance and achieve company objectives. Maintain safety, sanitation, food quality and facility standards. Run quality opening, mid‑shift and closing operations. Coordinate the entire operation during scheduled shifts. Recruit, train and motivate staff. Assist bakery café specialists to ensure proper training and competency. Promote and embody company values and ethical practices. Education and Experience
At least 1‑2 years of hospitality experience. Food management certifications an advantage. Strong organizational, customer‑service and time‑management skills. Proven leadership track record and positive attitude. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits and Perks
