Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.

Job Description: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a senior executive, working closely with a Senior Executive Assistant to ensure seamless day‑to‑day function of the Executive Office. This is a fast‑paced, high‑visibility role requiring discretion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative support to senior executive leadership, ensuring priorities and daily operations run smoothly

Manage and triage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, including maintaining an organized shared inbox

Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and executive schedules

Prepare presentations, documents, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint

Assist with internal and external communications across departments and stakeholders

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive engagements, including materials preparation and on‑site support

Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned

Facilitate occasional local transportation for executives and visiting stakeholders, as needed

Partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and serve as backup support when required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior‑level executives (Executive Assistant experience required; administrative‑only backgrounds will not be considered)

Demonstrated experience coordinating travel, meetings, and events

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and composure

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable

Confident, polished demeanor with a flexible, “no task too small” mindset

Thrives in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment

Additional Details:

Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with an anticipated salary of approximately $75,000 upon potential conversion

Target start date in early March

Full‑time position with potential for overtime, pending leadership approval

Interview process includes an initial virtual interview followed by an in‑person meeting with executive leadership
