Position Overview As an Admissions Liaison at Encompass Health, you will play a vital part in coordinating an efficient and compassionate admission process, making a meaningful impact in an environment that feels like home. Your responsibilities include overseeing a streamlined process, handling referrals, validating information, and facilitating scheduling and admission for both inpatients and outpatients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
Perform pre-certifications.
Assemble admissions consent packets.
Maintain an accurate listing of all patients in the hospital.
Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information, and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.
Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems.
Qualifications
One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
Licensure as a clinician required.
Current CPR certification preferred.
CRRN preferred.
A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
Compensation Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $37.00/hr.
