EVACRI - Operations Supervisor
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency that provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job Summary The Operations Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. They coordinate with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care for all clients in the assigned program. The Operations Supervisor provides oversight and guidance to the PCTs assigned to complete intake and discharge processes, Peer Support Specialists, and BHCs to assist in effective patient throughput.
