Overview We offer an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Manager located at Robins AFB, GA, working with the Air Force Division. The role supports the F‑15 program—one of the most operationally lethal and enduring fighter aircraft platforms in the world. Required Qualifications / Skills

Advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in the technical/professional field.

Ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman contractor personnel within the technical/professional discipline.

Advanced knowledge of the discipline, with comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices.

Education & Experience

15 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD, OR

BS and 12 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD, OR

MS and 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Understanding of DoD and AF-specific acquisition logistics philosophy, policies and procedures for USAF systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities.

Knowledge of the AFMC depot Source of Repair Assignment (SORA) process and related database templates and coordination cycle with the AFLCMC assignment, and participation in the business case analysis supporting documents.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all logistics elements (spares, SE, training, facilities, technical data, provisioning) to ensure integrated logistics support requirements for the program are identified and tailored to the F‑15 Division’s needs.

Support analyses of sustainment or related DMSMS issues and recommend suitable replacements.

Provide support for the generation and review of logistics support documentation (ILSPs, LCSPs, TOs, technical manuals, ETMs, IPBs, CDRLs, etc.) to ensure compliance with government requirements.

Assist the Government in performing Logistics Support Analysis tasks, including use of the Parts and Repair Ordering System, Federal Logistics Data system, Defense Transportation System, and related reports.

Apply logistics knowledge to plan, develop, implement and manage system support strategies, addressing product support elements such as sustaining/system engineering, supply support, maintenance planning, facilities, packaging, technical data management, training, and protection of critical program information.

Work on logistics and maintainability programs, including technical evaluation of weapon systems logistics requirements, implementation of support programs, budget and cost analysis, automated information systems standardization, and RAM‑C program T&E planning.

Assist with technical analyses, planning, and execution, review technical specifications and documentation for reliability, maintainability, quality, supportability, and interoperability.

Analyze and compare government and prime contractor plans and schedules, recommend actions to comply with plans, identify changes, and recommend corrective actions.

Support kit development and proofing and coordinate actions necessary to resolve kit support issues.

Provide daily support to AFLCMC/WAQ at various depots, including local manufacture, first‑article test, quality verification support.

Support time‑compliance technical order activities and maintain data files for depot and modification aircraft.

Identify and analyze deficiencies and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), conduct root‑cause analysis of the supply chain, and provide input to integrated logistics support managers.

Track and monitor TCTOs or commercial equivalents.
