Order Entry Coordinator

Responsible for handling orders coming in and out of the Utah location, including customer communication, e‑mail and web orders, data entry, and physical handling of equipment. Ensure orders are packaged and shipped, and follow up with customers on returns.
Responsibilities
Handle orders coming into and out of the Utah location.
Call customers, respond to e‑mail, and process web orders.
Enter missing or needed information, collect items from storage locations, test equipment and package for shipment.
Follow orders until delivery and assist customers with returns.
Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
Knowledge of environmental/engineering equipment.
Ability to work in person.
Detail oriented.
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or environmental science preferred.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of South Salt Lake, UT.
Pay & Benefits Pay range: $24.00 – $24.00 per hour.
