Responsibilities Position Summary... What you’ll do: Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy; operating forklift safely, picking up moving placing and positioning merchandise pallets; completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations; carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties and feedback; receiving stocks and organizing merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; managing inventory flow following company policy and procedures; merchandising working inventory exceptions correcting shelf capacities and completing required paperwork logs and other documentation; providing member service, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns and promoting the company’s products and services; maintaining safety of facility according to company policies and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials; correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management; maintaining sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures; properly zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up cleaning and organizing product displays; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise; processing defective merchandise; monitoring shrink security risks and safety; ensuring club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging; managing inventory, handling moves and displays good in safe and correct ways; tracking goods and maintaining in‑stock levels; reporting poor inventory practices and low in‑stock levels; using inventory tools and equipment safely; operating and maintaining forklifts responsibly; proactively identifying customers who need help, engaging them, assisting them with technology; identifying shrink opportunities and problems; maintaining equipment; respecting diversity; working as a team; building relationships; acting with integrity; serving customers and members; and striving for excellence.

Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Minimum Qualifications
90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Retail experience.
Experience supervising a team.
