Role Description This is a full‑time, remote role for a Business Development Rep specializing in Commercial Finance Sales. The BDR will be responsible for outbound to leads, business development, managing client accounts, communicating with clients, building and maintaining relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Comfortable in commission‑only

Strong skills in Lead Generation, Account Management, and Communication

Proven experience in Relationship Building and Customer Service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with a team

Ability to work independently and remotely

Previous experience in commercial finance or a related field is a plus
