Logistics & Customer Care Specialist

Wieland is hiring a
Logistics & Customer Care Specialist . This role is located in
Delaware, OH , and will be fully on-site.
Responsibilities
Operative support to the creation of a comprehensive logistics system.
Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports from parent company.
Seek resolution to issues relating to incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare and arrange for freight pickups which can include repackaging, handling of products, preparation of packing lists.
Process orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately load into company system.
Communicate to customer acknowledgement of the order.
Answer and address customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.
Maintain up-to-date customer profiles in company system.
Prepare and send invoices in a timely fashion.
Primary internal point of contact for customer after sales.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in logistics with international network, preferably with customer service.
High School Diploma Required.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
Strong computer skills in Excel and Word required.
Ability to form positive relationships with internal & external customers.
Problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented.
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
Italian language knowledge a plus.
