You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities

Works collaboratively with business and support leads, and subject matter experts (SMEs), to map and document current or anticipated processes, project plans, and/or issue logs

Responsible for documentation management of assigned processes, which may include medical records, billing records, healthcare claim data, operations documentation, and/or business unit policies and procedures

Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients

Performs data validation and quality review

Problem solves, both in the context of balancing multiple priorities to ensure deadlines are met, and in researching conflicting and/or inaccurate data to propose solutions

Communicates analysis including trends and opportunities to clients / business in writing and verbally

Understands and anticipates customer needs and works proactively to meet them

Creates, produces, and manages daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Performs routine or structured work, in collaboration with Operations Manager(s)

Assists in implementation initiatives to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met

Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Exercises problem solving skills to support deliverable timelines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

3+ years of experience in data analysis of root cause analysis and reporting

2+ years of documenting business process or job aid development

Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work Monday – Friday, 08:00AM – 05:00PM EST

18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of business experience

Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting

Experience with health plans, healthcare claims, or clinical operations experience

Familiarity with medical billing and coding terminology

Intermediate + level Excel skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
