Project Manager
Location: Tampa, FL (Remote, Contract)
Salary: $55–$60/hr (depending on experience)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PMP certification preferred.
5 years related project management experience.
Experience in systems or financial services environment, card payments, banking, contact center, new product development, information technology, or process re‑engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver highly complex projects, providing end-to-end project management from initiation through closeout while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, timelines, budgets, testing, training, and support plans.
Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, overseeing scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and financial controls.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and integrations, ensuring quality standards are met through effective planning, execution, change control, and issue resolution.
Provide clear, proactive communication and reporting to stakeholders, monitoring progress, risks, and change events while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
