Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced, talented individual to join M1 Global as a
National Operations Manager . This role is responsible for the strategic oversight and day‑to‑day execution of a nationwide security and technology services program. The National Account Manager leads all operational, financial, technological, and security functions to ensure consistent service delivery, risk mitigation, and long‑term client satisfaction.
Serving as the primary client liaison, the National Account Manager drives enterprise‑wide strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while maintaining full accountability for performance across all locations. This role requires demonstrated experience in
Global Security Operations Center Management (GSOC) , including centralized command operations, incident management, intelligence reporting, and technology‑enabled security oversight across geographically dispersed sites.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or a related field.
5+ years of leadership experience managing large‑scale, multi‑site security, technology, or operations programs for enterprise clients.
Demonstrated experience in Global Security Operations Management (GSOC), including command center operations, incident management, intelligence reporting, and escalation governance.
Proven ability to oversee security operations, workforce deployment, compliance, and service‑level performance across geographically dispersed locations.
Strong understanding of security technologies, GSOC platforms, systems integration, and data‑driven reporting tools to support operational visibility and executive decision‑making.
Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasts, and project financials while driving operational efficiency and margin performance.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving field operations, GSOC teams, technology partners, and client stakeholders.
Excellent executive‑level communication skills with a track record of managing stakeholders, leading teams, and delivering strategic initiatives.
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre‑employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead both the daily operations and long‑term strategy for a national security and technology services program, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and service excellence across all sites.
Provide strategic oversight and governance of
Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
functions, including centralized monitoring, incident response coordination, escalation protocols, and real‑time situational awareness.
Develop and implement enterprise‑wide operating models that align staffing, GSOC capabilities, security technology, processes, and financial performance with client and organizational objectives.
Serve as the primary executive point of contact for the client, managing governance, performance reporting, escalation management, and strategic planning initiatives.
Oversee workforce planning, staffing compliance, training standards, and performance management across both field operations and GSOC teams to ensure operational readiness and contract adherence.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging GSOC platforms, security systems, data analytics, audits, and standardized best practices to mitigate risk and enhance service quality.
Maintain full accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and margin optimization while supporting scalable growth.
Ensure effective integration between GSOC operations and on‑site security, technology, and emergency response teams to deliver coordinated, enterprise‑wide security outcomes.
