What does a Special Events Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Special Events Representative is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation, event set-up, and on-site operational support for Swire Coca-Cola activations at the FIFA World Cup. This includes managing sporting event installations, high-visibility brand activations, and partner engagements throughout the tournament. The role ensures the timely delivery, proper placement, and premium presentation of Swire Coca-Cola products and branded assets within World Cup venues, fan zones, and hospitality areas. Additionally, the position collaborates closely with FIFA event partners and venue management, and ensures all activation requirements are fulfilled to deliver a seamless and world-class World Cup experience.
Job Details Schedule: Temporary, Full Time (Open to Part Time) Pay: $30/HR
This is a FT, Temporary role ending on July 10, 2026
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Events and Sales teams to plan logistics for World Cup venues, fan zones, and hospitality areas
Serve as the primary on-site contact at World Cup activations, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues quickly
Coordinate the transport, unloading, and installation of Coca-Cola equipment (Ice Barrels, Coolers, branded displays) across tournament locations
Use company technology to track inventory and process on-site transactions at high-traffic World Cup activations
Safely tow Coca-Cola branded trailers and manage on-site logistical needs at stadiums and fan areas
Maintain company vehicles and event equipment to Coca-Cola brand standards throughout the World Cup
Train new team members on World Cup event procedures, safety practices, and equipment handling
Work with a team or independently
Collect cash payments from customers when necessary
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor with clients
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma (or GED) required
Drivers License - MDOT Medical Physical required
2-4 years Event experience preferred
Able to safely lift 15lbs to 50lbs in and out of Truck or into Event Trailer as needed
Bending, twisting, standing, and walking required during course of job
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
Use all Company provided resources and technology (handheld, printer, credit card reader)
