Job Description
Cintas is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Manager to work on our Digital Technology team. This role will manage all elements of the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack that supports business growth and demand generation campaigns. The Manager will implement comprehensive marketing technology solutions that scale across the enterprise, ensure seamless integration with existing systems, and use data to guide strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire marketing technology stack including content management systems, buyer enablement tools, website personalization, marketing automation, and related platforms, ensuring alignment with company-wide business objectives and driving cross-functional impact.
Design, implement, and oversee sophisticated marketing technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Continuously monitor and optimize to drive company-wide utilization and ensure peak efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration of marketing technology solutions with enterprise-level systems and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and data consistency.
Leverage marketing and business data to extract insights from B2B customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends; use these insights to guide strategic business decisions and optimize MarTech effectiveness.
Lead a team of MarTech professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy of technology solutions with overarching marketing and business goals; serve as the primary liaison for all MarTech-related inquiries and issues.
Lead and manage complex MarTech projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and of high quality.
Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with MarTech vendors, ensuring they deliver innovative solutions and support.
Stay at the forefront of MarTech trends and innovations; regularly assess and monitor existing MarTech investments to ensure full utilization, keep teams informed of feature updates and their impact on marketing objectives, and propose new investments to drive success and maintain competitive advantage.
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of professional work experience.
At least 7 years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing MarTech solutions and driving impactful projects.
Experience working with MarTech solutions such as CMS, marketing automation, marketing analytics tools, and buyer enablement tools.
Exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and deliver within scope, time, and budget.
Strong analytical prowess, able to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Previous managerial experience preferred.
