Inventory Control Supervisor (Compliance) - Lynden

Lineage . This Monday–Friday Inventory Supervisor position has one direct report and focuses on inventory control and compliance‑related processes. You will manage team members responsible for compiling records and handling data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products. The role requires close collaboration with Operations and Quality managers to improve inventory processes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage, train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Prepare daily reports, including analysis of production and shipping.
Direct and coordinate physical inventory, including auditing and monitoring cycle counts.
Develop and manage proper inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
Interface with internal and external customers on inventory needs, recalls, and potential issues.
Review inventory reports to resolve unused items and recommend appropriate action for excess or damaged stock.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Examine systems and controls and provide recommendations for improving inventory efficiency.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
2 years of Inventory Control experience in a warehousing and/or distribution environment.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as –20°F (–25°C) in cold storage or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs; weight may be higher depending on the facility.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Comfortable with varying noise levels, which can be loud.
Pay Range $80,168.40 – $92,900.00
