Branch Operations Lead – Worldpac
Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, is seeking a
Branch Operations Lead
to assist the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager in leading daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities
Work closely with management to learn all functions of Branch Management, including operations, staffing, training, branch assets, expense management, and budgeting. Review, understand, and follow company safety and security procedures, serving as a role model to ensure compliance. Support team members in their training and development, enabling immediate application to daily work. Maintain a customer service‑oriented philosophy in all conduct with self and other team members. Report violations of company policies, procedures, and safety concerns to the management team. Coordinate and communicate with management to ensure orders are delivered, inventory is maintained, and records are prepared and stored appropriately. Use a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school, secondary school diploma, or GED equivalent. At least 6 months of prior warehouse experience. Eligibility to work in the United States. Availability to open and close the warehouse Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed. Basic clerical and physical task performance, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in basic math, detail‑orientation, strong time‑management, and problem‑solving. Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) prior to driving a company vehicle for delivery duties. Fluent written and spoken English. Willingness to obtain powered equipment certification and to continue learning new skills related to Branch operations. Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Bilingual reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Physical/Work Environment Expectations
Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Required standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching with arms, talking, and listening; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing. Ability to lift and move 25–50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Benefits
