This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Supervisor located in Orlando, FL. The Plumbing Supervisor will oversee daily plumbing operations, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising a team of plumbers, performing quality control checks, coordinating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
Expertise in Plumbing and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Proficiency in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
Ability to work on-site and maintain a high standard of safety and quality in operations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or MEP systems are a strong advantage
