Job Title Quality Control Manager

Salary Competitive compensation based on experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide Quality Control Systems Management and Oversight.

Be onsite at all times during construction as a prime contractor employee.

Manage the Construction Quality Control Program and act in all quality control matters.

Maintain project documentation, including letters, material submittals, shop drawings, schedules, and records.

Review and approve all construction submittals.

Conduct the minimum of three control phases (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow‑up) for each definable feature of the construction work.

Oversee quality aspects of the project, manage all quality control personnel, and report as required.

Have water or wastewater treatment plant experience.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

Graduate engineer or construction management graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience on comparable projects.

Completion of the Construction Quality Management for contractors course within the last five years.

Experience leading and managing a quality control staff.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements

L lift but carry up to 25 lbs.

Move freely about a construction site with demanding terrain, including ladders, stair towers, uneven surfaces, and slopes.

Talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.

Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.

Perform essential job functions consistent with federal, state, local, and ADA standards.
