Position Overview The Programming & Partnerships Manager is responsible for conceiving, developing, and executing a robust calendar of events and partnerships that enhance the member experience and strengthen the Casa Cipriani community. This role requires creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships across arts, culture, fashion, culinary, wellness, and entertainment sectors.

The ideal candidate demonstrates impeccable taste, strategic thinking, and operational precision, ensuring all programming initiatives align with Casa Cipriani’s luxury standards, brand values, and member expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Event Programming & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and oversee a dynamic calendar of in-house and off-site member events, including cultural programs, performances, panels, wellness activations, and exclusive experiences.

Collaborate with internal departments (Hotel, Spa & Wellness, F&B, Marketing, and Membership) to ensure seamless execution, brand alignment, and guest satisfaction.

Manage pre‑event logistics, vendor coordination, run‑of‑show documentation, and post‑event reporting to evaluate engagement, attendance, and ROI.

Maintain a strong on‑site presence during major member events to ensure excellence in service delivery and experience.

Partnership Development

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance Casa Cipriani’s brand presence and deliver added value to members.

Cultivate relationships with key figures in arts, culture, fashion, design, and wellness to create unique, high‑impact programming opportunities.

Secure talent, speakers, and sponsors for special events, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and operational feasibility.

Marketing & Communications

Partner with the marketing and communications team to develop and approve all promotional materials for member programming, including email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and in‑app notifications.

Ensure all communications uphold brand voice and visual identity guidelines while maintaining discretion and exclusivity expected of a private club.

Oversee member RSVP systems, attendance tracking, and post‑event feedback surveys to measure engagement and inform future planning.

Administration & Compliance

Develop and manage annual programming budgets; monitor expenses and revenue opportunities to ensure financial targets are achieved.

Establish systems for event tracking, planning, and reporting to maintain transparency, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls.

Maintain accurate vendor, sponsor, and talent agreements in accordance with Casa Cipriani’s contracting and legal protocols.

Ensure all activities are conducted in alignment with health, safety, and workplace standards as well as company policies and hospitality regulations.

Key Competencies and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Event Production, Communications, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, event production, or cultural programming.

Demonstrated success in curating and executing high‑end events, securing partnerships, and managing complex project timelines.

Established network within New York City’s arts, culture, fashion, and wellness communities.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high‑profile clientele and senior leadership.

Financial and analytical acumen to manage budgets and measure program effectiveness.

Proficiency with CRM platforms, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
