Associate, Corporate Brand Communications
About Us:
We’re not your typical agency. At M Booth Health, we take pride in doing what’s right, not what’s easy. We ask the difficult questions and find unexpected answers, pushing ourselves and clients to think bigger and break limits to create real connection. Our brand promise is
Choose to Challenge . We help organizations and brands challenge norms, drive results, and improve the health and lives of those who need it most.
M Booth Health’s growth has enabled us to build a dynamic team of agency veterans and new talent from diverse backgrounds to serve a mix of leading pharma, biotech, device & diagnostics and health tech companies, as well as payors.
Who You Are:
We want people passionate about health, serious about the work yet able to have fun. Candidates who bring big thinking and ambition, willing to push boundaries and challenge norms, and who lead with kindness and humanity. Does that sound like you?
We are seeking an
Associate, Corporate Brand Communications . This role supports a large, marquee pharmaceutical client and offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile corporate brand initiatives spanning earned media, creative storytelling, partnerships, and major brand moments.
This is a role for someone who wants to learn how brands earn their way into culture through stories, partnerships, and moments. You’ll be part of a team helping a global pharmaceutical company connect purpose to action, and develop craft across earned media, creative storytelling, and reputation strategy. You’re organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to complex work while developing strategic instincts.
We are looking for talent who wants to be mentored, not just managed. You’ll learn by doing—jumping into real work alongside leaders who will push you, coach you, and invest in your development. We seek people who are hungry to learn, willing to work hard, and excited about building real skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support day‑to‑day execution of corporate brand communications programs, including campaigns, partnerships, and integrated initiatives.
Assist with developing and implementing communications plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate earned media efforts, creative storytelling initiatives, and brand moments in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Draft and edit materials such as briefing documents, messaging frameworks, media lists, recaps, and internal updates.
Support on‑site or live activations and events as needed, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
Track coverage, campaign outputs, and milestones, supporting basic reporting and recaps.
Stay informed on client business, brand, and industry landscape, bringing relevant insights to the team.
Work closely with account leads and cross‑functional partners—creative, analytics, paid, project management—to keep integrated work on track.
Own tasks with independence and accountability, while knowing when to ask questions or flag risks early.
Seek feedback and apply what you learn to sharpen each project.
Bring curiosity to team discussions—notice cultural, media, and brand storytelling trends and share ideas.
Keep the team organized and efficient; ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Approach every project as a chance to learn how the pieces connect—from strategy to execution to measurement.
Skills and Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a public relations, communications, or integrated marketing agency (or relevant in‑house role).
Interest in corporate brand, reputation, and purpose‑driven communications, ideally within healthcare or complex industries.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfort working in fast‑paced environments with evolving priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
Curiosity about earned media, creative storytelling, partnerships, and brand activations.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; willingness to learn new tools.
Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and interest in inclusive teams.
Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and delivering excellent work.
Location:
Remote or New York office. We accept remote applicants from California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
Equal Opportunity Employer:
M Booth Health is an equal opportunity employer. All candidates will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
