Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clackamas, OR, for the position of Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure the showroom provides exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining showroom presentation, collaborating with industry professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves inventory management, coordinating orders, and driving showroom performance to achieve targets.
Responsibilities

Maintain showroom presentation and collaborate with architects, builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners.
Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service experiences.
Manage inventory and coordinate orders to support showroom performance.
Drive showroom performance to achieve targets and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing the overall Customer Experience.
Experience in Sales with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Proficiency in managing Showrooms, including operations, staff management, and visual merchandising.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, builders, and design professionals.
Proven ability to manage inventory and ensure efficient supply chain processes.
Experience in kitchen, bath, or home remodeling is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, design, or a related field preferred.
