A Great Opportunity Key responsibilities include:
Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
Financial oversight of program.
Requirements for this position
Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of I?O Waiver experience (degree can be waived for 8 years of experience in I/O Waiver Services).
A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
Excellent decision‑making, time management, and communication skills.
Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria.
Full personal automobile insurance coverage.
