Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management. Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions. Assist manager with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards; monitor Front End associates to ensure they are meeting performance expectations. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Promote and provide training to new and current teammates on company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Teammate Traits
