Advise customers on routine maintenance and help identify mechanical issues through visual inspections or road tests. Prepare detailed repair orders and guide clients through every step of their service journey. Explain repair work and charges, manage customer complaints, and schedule appointments. Maintain clear communication by updating customers on repair progress and any changes in estimates. Foster trust and rapport with customers through a commitment to vehicle care and safety in a fast-paced, professional setting. Qualifications
Foundational understanding of automotive mechanics to identify and communicate vehicle issues. Proficiency in software tools for scheduling and repair order management. Strong interpersonal skills to explain complex repair details in an accessible manner. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to obtaining customer and vehicle data. Minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. Compensation & Requirements
