Join Medtronic as a Principal EP Mapping Specialist to lead cardiac mapping and navigation solutions across multiple accounts in Michigan. This remote role requires residing within the territory and driving to client sites.

Job Overview As a key clinical support professional, you will deliver technical training, promote safe product usage, and cultivate customer relationships. You will collaborate with sales and clinical teams to enable successful adoption of Medtronic coronary artery stent (CAS) and mapping technology.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians, nurses, and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
Educate and train on technical matters and related procedures for patients.
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products.
Develop and cultivate customer relationships that drive incremental business.
Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
Work with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA solutions products.
Communicate with sales and clinical teams across the region.
Represent Medtronic CAS to physicians and support staff regarding product, service, and support.
Act as a regional champion, sharing experience and influencing others to master mapping technology.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or related technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field or medical sales.
Proven track record with technical training assignments.
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
Additional Job Requirements
Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
Clinical specialists must be within their assigned territory each day for unscheduled needs.
Occasional travel outside the territory, possibly overnight.
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; driving record will be reviewed.
Ability to use a phone, keyboard, and mouse; visual ability to interact with personal computers.
Must stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day.
Drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the territory; may require overnight travel.

Benefits & Compensation Salary range for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico):
$145,000 - $155,000 USD .
