We design and distribute performance apparel and equipment that represent power, precision, and identity. 2026 marks a major milestone for Venum USA as we build a fully autonomous U.S. headquarters in Manhattan. As part of this effort, we are investing in a dedicated in‑house creative studio to support e‑commerce, social commerce, retail, and brand storytelling across the U.S. market.
We Are Looking For We are hiring an
In‑House Studio Photographer
to join our New York creative team and own the execution of high‑quality product, lifestyle, and campaign photography. This role is for a detail‑oriented, fast‑moving creative who thrives in a studio environment and understands how photography drives conversion, brand perception, and consistency across digital and retail channels. You will work closely with Marketing, E‑commerce, Design, and Social teams to bring Venum products to life across Venum.com, the Venum App, Amazon, social platforms, and retail partners.
Studio & Product Photography
Execute high‑quality studio photography for apparel, equipment, models, and off‑model product shots.
Capture E‑commerce PDP imagery and Amazon/marketplace assets with consistent lighting, framing, and visual standards across all product categories.
Lifestyle & Campaign Content
Capture lifestyle imagery aligned with Venum’s brand identity and U.S. market positioning.
Support seasonal launches, campaigns, and special projects.
Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams on shot lists, concepts, and execution.
E‑commerce & Conversion‑Focused Content
Create imagery optimized for conversion, including detail shots, fit and fabric highlights, and movement/performance cues.
Ensure assets meet requirements for Venum.com, the Venum App, Amazon, other marketplaces, and retail/wholesale partners.
Studio Operations & Asset Management
Manage day‑to‑day studio operations: equipment setup, maintenance, and organization.
Coordinate shoot schedules, product flow, and sample management.
Ensure assets are properly named, stored, and delivered on time.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Director, E‑commerce Director, Product Design, Category teams, and Social Media team for ongoing content needs.
Support rapid content creation for launches, promotions, and social commerce initiatives.
Who You’ll Work With
Marketing Director (U.S.) – creative direction and priorities.
E‑commerce team – conversion‑driven assets.
Design and Product teams – accurate product representation.
Social Media team – ongoing and reactive content creation.
External talent (models, stylists) – as needed for shoots.
What You Bring
4–7+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in apparel, sporting goods, fashion, or performance brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating studio and product photography.
Proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting, and studio workflows.
Strong post‑production skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Understanding of e‑commerce and marketplace photography requirements.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑house creative environment.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this role ranges from
$80,000 – $95,000 . Final compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, education, and performance throughout the interview process.
Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance; life and disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; eligibility for an annual performance‑based bonus; paid personal time off; 14 paid company holidays; and sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
