We operate five practice locations across *Carrollwood, South Tampa, Brooksville, Gainesville, and Sebring*, supported by three state‑of‑the‑art surgery centers. Our services include cataract, LASIK, ICL, retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
*Position Overview:* We are seeking a fellowship‑trained *Oculoplastic Surgeon* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal surgeries, with a strong commitment to patient‑centered care. This role offers the opportunity to build a robust practice in a supportive, physician‑led environment, with access to advanced technology and collaborative colleagues.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform a wide range of oculoplastic procedures including eyelid reconstruction, orbital decompression, and tear duct surgeries * Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure patient safety and optimal recovery outcomes * Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Collaborate with ophthalmologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care * Utilize advanced imaging and EMR systems for diagnosis, surgical planning, and documentation
*Qualifications:*
* MD or DO degree with board certification/eligibility in Ophthalmology * Fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery * Strong clinical and surgical skills with proficiency in advanced imaging and EMR systems * Commitment to patient‑centered care and teamwork * Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatments for aesthetic or functional indications is a plus
