Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team, offering an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-profile transactions and drive growth within a leading financial institution. Job Summary As an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division, you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. You will work with expert professionals at the heart of a leading global investment bank. Senior bankers will get to know you - both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team. You will experience training, hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, and numerous development opportunities. You will use your related experience to contribute to the firm's M&A execution and capital raising capabilities while helping build J.P. Morgan's franchise and reputation in the marketplace. You will develop strong functional skills in the major areas of investment banking and become a senior client executive capable of generating and executing your own transactions. Job Responsibilities Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, liaising with relevant counterparts at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc) Work with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams Build and use complex financial models, complete valuation and analytical exercises Draft presentation materials, management presentations, board materials, memorandums, and other presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue Stay informed of key market developments and understand target client base and market dynamics Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Minimum 1 year work experience in investment banking and/or front-office related role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing skills Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution orientation Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders Self-motivated, able to work independently About Us JPMorgan Chase, with over 200 years of history, offers innovative financial solutions to a diverse client base worldwide.
