As a mental health therapist, you will perform quality, sound, evidenced-based, trauma & attachment - informed treatment, and responsive care to clients seeking services, assessments, consultations, and professional development training. If you are passionate about helping clients heal and find wellness; we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Record all documentation in EHR System, adequately and timely, to be consistent with billing requirements and practice policy Adhere to all practice and licensing standards Qualifications Licensed or Licensed Eligible - must meet residency requirements respective to Board (Counseling or Social Work) Completed or in the process of completing a Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a similar field Maintain personal professional liability insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong planning and organization skills6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
