Senior Manager

to join its Risk and Compliance Services practice as part of the National Security Advisory services team. This team provides risk advisory and compliance solutions based on risk management standards and technical expertise. Note: this is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to an EA office or client site. What It Means to Work for EisnerAmper: Be part of a large, rapidly growing accounting and advisory firm Enjoy flexible work arrangements supporting work/life balance Join a culture recognized with multiple “Places to Work” awards Collaborate in an environment that fosters diversity and innovation Showcase your authentic self to inspire your best work Participate in Employee Resource Groups supporting DE&I initiatives Job Responsibilities: Conduct third-party monitoring and audits related to national security mitigation agreements; experience with National Security Advisory is a plus Lead engagement strategies, develop solutions, and manage client relationships Oversee enterprise governance, cybersecurity risk assessments, data privacy, internal audits, and strategic projects Manage priorities, budgets, and staff development during client engagements Identify new business opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to business development Ensure scope aligns with USG national security interests and requirements Analyze company mitigation strategies, liaise with external counsel and USG agencies Lead assessments of national security posture, compliance with frameworks like NIST, COSO, NSA standards Develop NSA compliance policies, communication plans, and security programs Occasional extended hours or travel may be required Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of national security experience with USG agencies, preferably CFIUS, Team Telecom, or DCSA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, IT, Cybersecurity, or JD 10+ years of experience in USG, NSA, or related consulting/risk mitigation roles Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or relevant certifications in security or risk management Experience in business development and complex USG cases involving data protection Ability to travel 10-25% domestically and internationally Knowledge of governance, risk, internal controls, and security technologies About the Team: Our Risk & Compliance team specializes in risk advisory, technology risk, and digital transformation, supporting clients in navigating regulatory and security challenges with innovative solutions.
