Job Description Description: Job Summary Bowlin Group is seeking a skilled Coax Splicer to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. This position focuses on splicing Coax cables, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance. Responsibilities Perform Coax splicing as well as inspection and testing of Coax in the field. Read, interpret, and update splicing schematics and diagrams. Maintain accurate splicing and field operation records. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance to resolve signal issues. Operate technical equipment, including field signal level meter, Power level equipment, and TDR. Adhere to strict safety standards and procedures. Additional duties as necessary to support the team and projects. Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Coax Splicer with knowledge of industry standards and technology. Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred. This position is subject to drug testing. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions. Capable of physical maneuvers including lifting, climbing, and bending.
